Unfortunately Big Cartel only allows one currency, please check a currency conversion for your currency before purchasing to know how much you will be charged.

All orders get processed between 1-3 business days.
~How long does it take my order to arrive?
Domestic orders: 2-3 weeks
International orders: 4-8 weeks

~Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. If your order has been damaged in the mail or with missing things, please contact me so we can sort a solution.
Before placing the order please check everything again, I will not resend or refund order lost or returned due to wrong address.

Letter Mail: select this option for US/International order with Only (stickers & prints), shipped through postage stamp (not tracked).
Package Mail: selct this option for US/International orders containing (Totebag, PhoneGrips & Clay Figurines) shipped through USPS First Class.
~Do I need to pay for international customs fees?
Yes! most fo the time packages clear customs just fine, but in any occasion this happens, I am not responsible for any customs fees/duties/taxes.
~EU & UK Customers:
I will continue shipping to Europe, however any import taxes + fees, including VAT, are the customer's responsibility. I will not collect nor remit VAT, so it will be collected by your country's customs office upon the packages arrival. Only Letter Mail will be shipped to the UK (stickers & prints) through stamped envelopes.
